PRICING

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. GST is included.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

From time to time, some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you within 7 business days to arrange a full or partial refund. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within 7 business days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. We are not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.

SHIPPING

All shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Sausage Mate cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the stated delivery time frames as delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days of ordering.

RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in our quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange where:

  • The goods are faulty (unless caused by you);
  • The goods have been wrongly described; or
  • The goods are different to the goods that you ordered.

Change of mind refunds will be considered, so long as:

  • The goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging;
  • The goods have not been damaged by you; and
  • The goods are returned to us within 7 business days of receipt of goods with the original proof of purchase.

We cannot provide refunds due to:

  • Mishandling;
  • Normal wear and tear; or
  • Ageing and natural tarnishing and slight irregularities.

Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.

For change of mind refunds, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping if applicable will be deducted from your refund.

It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping service with insurance. If we do not receive the goods you are returning, we cannot provide you with a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is processed by your credit card provider.

SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacement will be subject to stock availability.
