Perfectly shaped and weighted to control sausages for easier and more even cooking. Sausage Mate comes pre-seasoned so you can get straight to cooking sausages. Use on either your hotplate or grill. Low maintenance for easy cleaning and storage.

DESIGN

The key to Sausage Mate is its profile, half way between round and square, to both rotate like a sausage and sit steadily on a flat bbq surface.
CONSTRUCTION

Solid cast iron. Tough enough to take high heat, heavy enough to do its job but light enough to be moved with bbq utensils.
SIZE

Compact but effective. Designed to not take over your bbq or get in the way when turning the sausages. Your food should be the standout, not Sausage Mate. Fits on any bbq hotplate or grilling surface.
TURNING SLOTS

These provide a grip area so you can rotate or move Sausage Mate using typical bbq utensils (such as tongs or spatula).
